Returning Pallets
Retailers & Wholesalers
If you receive pallets from one of your suppliers using IPP Logipal pallets then we will be aware that pallets have been delivered to you.
You should expect to receive regular contact from us to ensure that you have no issues and can make the pallets available, once empty, for IPP Logipal to collect.
We simply ask retailers, wholesalers, etc:
- To separately and securely store IPP Logipal pallets once they are empty.
- Not to reuse our pallets or otherwise give them to other than an authorised collection agent of IPP Logipal.
- To help load our collection vehicle.
Please remember that the pallets are valuable assets and remain the property of IPP Logipal. Please do not reuse them or give them to another third party.
