IPP Logipal pallets and other handling media always remain the property of IPP Logipal. They may be used by our customers to deliver product to their customers and to store that product until the pallet or box is emptied. Once empty, they should not be reused. IPP Logipal will collect the pallets. If you have received IPP Logipal pallets from your suppliers, or have found or otherwise received IPP Logipal pallets, please contact us directly and we will arrange for the pallets to be collected.

If you know of anyone using our pallets without authority, please inform us.
If you receive pallets from one of your suppliers using IPP Logipal pallets, you can assume that IPP Logipal have been informed that you have received them. You can expect IPP Logipal to contact you regularly about having the empty pallets available for IPP Logipal collection.

Please remember that pallets are valuable assets and remain the property of IPP Logipal. Please do not reuse them or give them to a third party.
IPP Logipal own all of the pallets and other handling media and clearly brand all of our pallets ‘Property of IPP Logipal’ before we release these to our customers. We rent our pallets to our customers and carry out repairs and maintenance. Eventually, when our pallets and other handling media are beyond repair, we scrap them. We never sell or gift our assets either to our customers or to third parties. Any IPP Logipal branded pallet or other handling media in circulation belongs to IPP Logipal.
There are individuals and businesses who seek to buy and/or sell IPP Logipal pallets and other of our assets. Everyone should be careful not to purchase an IPP Logipal branded pallets or other items from any third party, even if they claim to be acting with our consent. We never sell any of our pallets. Therefore, any person attempting to supply you with our pallets will not have any title to the pallets or be able to claim that they own the pallets in any way. Consequently, you will not acquire any title to pallets supplied to you in this way.
Should you be supplied with any of our pallets or other items in this way or otherwise have custody of them, please contact IPP Logipal immediately either by email or telephone (see above and we will arrange for the pallets to be returned to us. Thank you in advance for your help.
